Products and Services
Gleamade sells physical craft products, including beaded plant DIY kits, beaded décor kits, finished beaded pieces, craft materials, replacement supplies, bundles, and related accessories.
Each product page describes the materials included, available styles, approximate finished size, recommended skill level, estimated project time, and any tools that customers may need to prepare separately.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, bead finishes, sizes, and materials accurately. However, colors and reflections may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, photography, and natural variations between beads and handmade components.
We reserve the right to:
- limit the quantity of any product or service;
- update product descriptions, prices, availability, or kit contents when necessary;
- discontinue products or color options;
- refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise inappropriate.
DIY Kits and Creative Results
Our DIY kits are designed to help customers create their own beaded décor. Finished results may vary depending on individual technique, bead placement, wire tension, assembly choices, and personal adjustments.
Tutorials, instructions, photographs, and videos are provided as general creative guidance. They do not guarantee that every finished project will look exactly like the example shown.
Customers are responsible for:
- reading the product instructions before beginning;
- using scissors, wire cutters, craft wire, needles, glue, and other tools safely;
- checking that all components are secure before displaying or hanging the finished piece;
- keeping small beads, wire, pins, and other small components away from young children and pets.
Gleamade DIY kits and craft components are not toys. Adult supervision is recommended when younger makers participate.
If a kit arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gleamade.com.
Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for restricting access to your device or account.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address information submitted by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy as well.
